The closing was pushed back from Monday to today – yet, it
looks like it won’t happen. =(
The problem lies with the mortgage underwriter company. They
seem to be taking the sweet time in processing the paper work. I just talked to the buyer and he is lighting
a fire under the mortgage company – so we will see what happens. =/
